“I was scheduled to drive to the coast to do a weekend bike ride, and found my tyre flat as a pancake. I called the workshop guys at Airport West, explained the situation and they said to bring her in. Literally 10 mins later I rocked up and they immediately went to work replacing the tube (and tyre). They also quickly removed my old crappy kick-stand and installed one that actually held the bike upright properly. Yay. Overall, super helpful, super quick, super understanding. Before long I was on my way and happily cycling along the coast with my furbabies in tow. It was a brilliant day that could have never happened without the excellent customer service from the Airport West workshop team.”

“Pretty hard to get on the rim and sitting on the bead - had to do it three times!
First time it wouldn’t seat, second time I used tyre levers and must have accidentally pinched the tube coz I had a puncture and had to do it a third time (without levers tho).
In terms of riding, the walls are quite soft and if they are light on pressure you can feel the sides give way on corners. Good with high pressure it seems.”
