“As our 7yo daughter was outgrowing her Globber Scooter she had ridden since she was 2 years old, we wanted to upgrade her to something more suitable to match her new capability. We were torn between a bike or new scooter. I actually initially enquired in person at 99 Bikes Mile End and the support and time I received to help my decision making was first class. Warm, open and on question was too silly. I was easily able to cut straight to a decision. I ended up purchasing online for collection at 99 Bikes Noarlunga and the service and support I received matched the experience at Mile End. One item had to be ordered but the rest were ready by the end of the day. They followed up re the ordered item and made sure I understood it was on order but the other items were not held up.
Clearly there is something right with 99 Bikes as a company and I'd highly recommend both stores for their high standard of service and support. All staff I dealt with clearly had a passion for what they did.
As for the scooter, it's perfectly matched to our daughter's needs and she rides it every chance she gets. The colours are perfect for her and the scooter itself is easy for her to manage when transitioning to a two wheeled scooter.”
