“I didn’t find many options for bike racks compatible with my Toyota Prado but the backswing hitch is ideal for people who have tailgates that swing open like Toyota Prado or open upwards from a low level. It allows me to swing our two MTBs secured to a ‘HoldUp EVO’ out to the side giving full access to the boot. Sturdy construction mounted in the 2” receiver capable of maximum 97kg loading (bikes and bike rack). Easy to install and lockable. “Used on a 2004 Prado, rear tyre on the back door. Use it as an extension and a swing away. Only gave it four stars, because the swing away doesn't quite swing away far enough from an open rear door with tyre. Apart from that, it's a great product, can't praise it enough.”
