“Very impressed with the sturdiness, ability to click back so can get to boot and bikes didn't wobble at all on there. It was very hard to pull the latch to fold it to take off. Ended up having my dad do it, so hoping the latch was just being dicky that day.”
“I installed it and the key lock is jammed. Called Yakima support and was tod I never undeerstood the instructions and I am unable to lock the rack. Called Peter at Yakima Support and was tld to bed a pins to rectify the issue. I said I am not prepared to take this on. Was informed it has happened before and is common and then I should read instructions more carefully. I will take it to the mechanic at 99 bikes and ask him to rectify the issue.”
“The rack itself is great for three bikes. I had two adult and one youth bike in it no problems. When first installing however the drivers side lights did not work but we were leaving on a trip the next morning so haven’t had time to get this sorted.”
