“Our second time using the Thule Bike rack one of the lockable knobs fell off the rack on our way to picking up bikes. This appears to be a design flaw. I contacted Thule support who advised me to pursue a warranty claim through the dealer the rack was purchased from. An email was sent to 99bikes at Kogarah explaining the situation and advice from Thule and we have recieved no response.”
“Easy to assemble, easy to fit. Packs away small and is light enough to be hung from the garage ceiling. We can fit both our electric bikes on without any real issues (need to remember where the pedals go). All in all good value for money.”
“The Thule Euroway G2 was simple to put together (utube video you can watch if needed) and even easier to install on the towball. Mounting the bikes is simple. I feel My bike is stable and secure on the rack and can be transported anywhere without damage. If you want a secure rack you can take on and off quickly the Thule Euroway G2 could be for you. 99 Bikes knocked it out of the park with a prompt delivery and great service.”
