“When I collected they gave me a different product half the value. Then claimed they didn’t have any stock. I wasted $100 on uber to collect that wrong product. I saw within a few days the same product listed for collection within a few weeks but at a much higher price. Very poor Black Friday sales tactic. I’m considering reporting ACCC.”
“Well designed bike rack especially for heavy e-bikes. While the rack is a little heavy it is robust and very easy to attach to the towball of the car. Came with plug to fit my older car and everything worked (indicators, brake lights etc). The bike holders on the rack are able to be positioned to grasp onto the bike frame. Overall a very good rack that does not protrude overly from the rear of the car (very compact)”
