“Build quality and construction is very good. Only issue are the end caps which are really difficult to install and there are no instructions on how to do it. I bought 3 racks and made the mistake of mounting the racks too close to each other. The bikes would not swing the way they needed to with the racks so close. Also, the instructions for the height of the rack only consider how high the back wheel is off the ground to make it easier to mount/dismount the bike. When you have multiple bike side-by-side, you will also have to consider pedals and handlebars.
All in all, I would recommend these racks and I would buy them again.”
