“I had a towbar recently installed and thought this might be better for transporting my bike than one I already had. Good - It's easy to use, stable for two bikes, great price. Bad - watch out for the snap when you release it, and it isn't adjustable so I have to force my bike on which is the problem I had with my old rack so that's not good. Also, make sure there is padding between your bike and the car.”
“Service always good but this rack doesn't fit any of our bikes. I wish we were told that before we bought it. Apparently it doesn't generally fit womens and kids bikes. I was there (mother) and 11 year old twins.”

Easy to fit on towball and easy and quick to fit bike securely to rack.
Release of rack a bit severe and remember to keep fingers out of the way.”
