“The button lock is stuck which makes the rack not usable. Taken it to 99 bikes castle hill and I was told I will be getting a new one. Waiting to hear from them. Almost 2 months gone and no update.”

“Easy to install and use, holds the bike firmly. First trip was 264km along the Castlereagh Hwy in Australia, no slipping or loosening of the ties. Folds up readily once you get used to the buttons.

Only improvement I could suggest, some means of attaching an auxiliary number plate to the rack”
