“By the staff telling me it is secure enough not to be cut through, I was happy to purchase it. I was told it didn`t have a mount when I bought it, but then found it did, in the small box attached. Directions for the attachment I found poor, not making sense. The attachment to the bike was not complete even if I wanted to attach it, as there were no screws in the small plastic bag (which had air holes in it, so probably fell out at some point before I purchased it)
I also couldn`t work out the process for the setting of the code, as directions were simple, and mechanism stiff. I took it back to the store and one of your staff did it for me, thanks.
I do not find it so flexible as I thought, making it difficult to lock at times, but overall, am happy that my bike is safe when I lock it up!”
