“The bag is great. The staff at 99 bikes were a disaster. A comedy of stuff ups. I won’t be visiting the store again. So many bike shops in Joondalup to choose from.”
“Bag doesn't stay attached. First ride and it jumped off twice, clips and retaining latch just weren't up to the task of commuting on a typical bike path. I nearly lost my laptop and other contents to the river, the internal cushioning did keep things from being damaged while tumbling along the path though. I returned this bag to replace with one with better latching system.”
