“I am a little disappointed by some aspects of my new bike. It is mostly a pleasure to ride but there have been a few problems. It has had to be returned to the 99Bikes shop three times to correct a brake rubbing problems which was fixed but has now reemerged after two weeks, so it will probably need to go back again. The gear change is clunky when changing up even after being looked at by the mechanics at 99 Bikes. My previous ebike changed smoothly, so this is a surprise on a new bike. I am developing a feeling that the bike is built to a price which may include some lower grade inclusions. I just hope its not a lemon?”
