Brilliant bike rack. The instructions lacked detail. 99 bikes had an excellent short video.

Very happy with the rack. It replaced one of those basic L shapped ones. Compared to that, the Buzzrack is easy to get ON and OFF the car and it is easy to get the bike ON and Off the Buzzrack. The old L shaped rack had just one point of attachment, just on the the crossbar. Whereas the Buzzrack it is much more secure and gentle on the bike with 3 points of attachment: front wheel, rear wheel and the verticial part of the frame. And the price is good value for money.

So far so good. The rack seems to be quite solid and well made. The assembly information is well illustrated and it took only 30 minutes to assemble. However the video produced by 99 Bikes shows a chap tightening the rack onto the towball but it does not show the way the ratchet system operates. If two bikes are fitted you have to be very careful where the pedals are placed or they will damage the bikes. The padding used on the support arm is much too hard and can damage the bike paint work, so a trip to Clarke Rubber is well worthwhile. Overall the rack is very good value, it doesn't move and remains securely anchored to the towball, but you do need to use the plate that fits under the towball ( with the vertical plate attached) or the rack can move sideways. and

Even though I am a female with a small frame it is very easy and light to attach onto tow-ball. Sturdy and strong frame. Bikes slip in position easily without having to lift them up high. Nice tight fit with no bouncing of bikes.

Appreciated various YouTube videos about assembly. Easy to put on and off the towbar. Even with both wheel straps, and the strap around the bike frame, I still need an additional strap to make the bike completely stable.
