“Towball fitting is excellent.
The rubber fittings and design that ties the bike to the rack is rubbish.
The cradles are soft making it difficult to attach the rubber tie-down to the keeper. Also the keeper know is very difficult to access due to its size, location and soft cradle. Its a nightmare.”
“Cannot rate the review based on the particular product rather the information provided from the customer service with misinformation which resulted in product not suitable and financial impact.
After contacting the online team and advising what bike we owned, which rack would fit so I could purchase for my husbands Xmas present. This product was advised so I made the purchase. Not only was this too small for our Large Merida one-twenty 400, to return for a refund we would have been almost the same price. Unable to use and was unable to recover even half the funds back from selling due to opened packaging. Over $100 lost and only an apology from another salesperson to say we needed to buy a rod extension. Not suitable when you have a dropper post.”
“This rack is an easy install using your existing towball mount, as such it can be removed and stored quite easily also. The tow ball capture has an additional clamp to offer a bit more security in the installation (reduces movement and vibration). This is a budget option for transporting your bike/s and your bike is not secured to the rack when unattended (as in locked), and similarly the entire rack could be removed.”
