Online order with no issues. If you bought a Velectrix Brunswick from them this is the correct brake pad.

Excellent straight drop-in replacement for the NUTT brand hydraulic brakes used in the Velectrix Newtown and other similar bikes. Stood the bike upright in the corner of a brick wall to easily access brakes. I ignored advice to remove the brake caliper and instead fitted them in-situ straight onto the bike after removing the split pin, original brake pads and dividing spring with needle-nosed pliers. Calipers were gently pushed apart with even pressure across the caliper piston faces using a flat-bladed screwdriver held with a wide-jawed pair of multi grips (being careful not to put pressure on or score the disc) - and then aligning then lightly tapping the new brake pads and spring into place with a small tap hammer being careful not to pull on the brake lever at any time which would close the calipers and wreck the seals. Once brake pads in place and lined up correctly, replaced and secured the cotter pin (this is a safety issue ensure the end of the pin is bent over so it does not foul anything nor can fall out which could cause brake failure). Once fitted found the brake handle was back almost to original position. Minimal brake bleeded needed. Brake pads worked as well as originals once fitted.
