“I visited your boutique in Bondi Junction for a quick purchase, but unfortunately it turned into a poor customer experience.
I’m usually assisted by a gentleman in his 50s who always takes the time to help and gives great advice. However, on this occasion, only two young staff members were present — running around trying to acknowledge everyone but not actually assisting customers properly.
After waiting a long time at the counter, another customer and I were told to go to the back of the store. When we arrived, we found around five staff members who didn’t appear to be particularly busy.
In the end, I only purchased a water bottle, even though I intended to buy more items. I believe I’ll visit another boutique next time, even if it’s a bit more expensive, as the customer service there is more consistent and attentive.”
