“Good service. Seems the pads would have cost $45 a pair but we found a pair for $15 that needed some filing down. Five minutes at home with the angle grinder got that sorted at a $30 saving. I rang up to say thank you. Always have a good experience at the Preston (3072) store but be aware that 99 Bikes shops can vary widely - I had a shocker at Clifton Hill and won't go back there.”
