“This rack gets 4 out of 5 stars and would’ve got five except for the fact that the numberplate holder is way too flexible and will ultimately move too much in the wind. I modified it so that I could include a more rigid backing for a number plate. The tack can also be improved by including reflectors on the backside. Stops you walking into the rack at night. The wreck is surprisingly strong on a ball. It’s even possible to shake the car using the rack once it’s tightened down. I have every confidence that can carry the bikes without drama. Aside from the minor gripes about the plate and reflectors it is a solid buy.”
“we have assemble the unit which was very easy with the photo instructions and tried the mounting on the ball of the car. Very good, tight , no movement and the lights are excellent. Had to check the 7 pin connection as there it played up with the reversing camera when we unplugged the bike rack. Apart from that very happy with the unit.”
“Easy to assemble and to attach to the tow ball. Firm and secure. On a VW transporter it is necessary to turn the handlebar of the bike nearest the vehicle to prevent it hitting the rear window. Easy!”
