“When I picked the Shimano wheel up the salesman couldn’t get rid of me quickly enough. I needed tyres & tubes and a Centrelock rotor for the new wheel. Online reviews for this wheel show good help from the staff when ordering this wheel and needing a Centrelock rotor fitted. The salesman had no intention of helping me and when I told him I would like to get my bike going today he just walked over and patted me on the back? When I got home found the Wheel had scratches through the paint before I even got it out of the box. Normally get good service and help here.”
