“The picture doesn’t show the correct chain. I wanted a hollow side plate chain. It’s not! Either fix your picture or send me a replacement that is one with hollow sides. Expect better from you,”
“Chain is great, however the issue with the front forks that I got fixed at hoppers crossing 99 bikes is no better. Apparently the forks got replaced but the issue is still there. We left the bike at hoppers crossing for 8 weeks while we were in Tasmania and picked it up on the 28th of December.Not happy that this bike is only maybe 4 months old and the issue is reoccurring. Please contact me with a way we can try and resolve this issue.
