“I wrote a review previously, but again I'll say I'll never use 99 bikes in Success Western Australia ever again.
I rang in the morning to ask if they could fit 2 tyres, no problem the man on the phone said, dropped it in the man who served me said to come back in an hour or so, I returned in an hour and a half only to be told my bike wasn't ready in fact it hadn't moved from the front of the shop. So the man who said to come back who was still serving a guy who went in the shop I was doing out, so that's an hour and a half he then took my bike out to a young man to change my tyres as I walked around the shop I saw the young man changing my tyres and the first man still serving this other guy then he went out the back and I saw him working on my bike, he comes out and says the tubes which came out of my bike didn't fit ??? You need to buy some more?? I asked him to put mine back in, he came out again and said one of them he can't get in so I gave up an bought one, when finished he said he wasn't going to charge me for the tube, when I got home the front was flat so I took the tube out it must of been pinched, had a large hole in it. I went and bought a new tube from another bike shop and put it in myself.”
“I like the new tyre on my bike. I ride on road, pathways and foot paths of Burpengary, that sometimes requires sudden braking or off path maneuvering. It is great for that. I ride my bike for recreational exercise only, this tyre has a decent grip and to date I've managed to stop when needed, it's good.”
