“I’m a regular rider and have been using the Maurten Gels for a few years now. I very rarely get cramps since using these and I find them easy to take while riding, as it is more a jelly consistency (harder to spill) and there is very little taste so you don’t have to worry about picking flavours like other gel brands.”
