“Part was missing when sold to me by 99 bikes. Only through researching did I realise this, and then when went to the store to explain, I was told that couldn't be possible.
Product had scratches on so had clearly been returned by a previous customer, probably with a missing piece, then resold to me. Disappointing experience all around.”

Only negative is when I go over bumps at speed, the baby seat hits the back bike wheel.”

Not great for a Reid ladies cruiser bike as:
- I've had to remove the rear rack to install it, and
- Due to height allowances and installation limitations, I will also have to remove the bike seat in order to remove the child seat, which renders the quick release function redundant.”
