“I have read reviews of these before - people got angry becasue they think it is too hard to install and you need to be a tradie to do it... Not true.
You will need to acquire (just borrow..?) a hammer drill with the correct sized drill bit, or just make a trip to bunnings to buy it (around $15)
Then simply mark and drill 4x holes. The masonry bit chewed through the ground floor of our garage (solid concrete) like butter, the entire job was finished in about 20 minutes.
This product is solid as a rock.
What I love about it is that it would take quite some time to cut with an angle grinder, it doesn't just look like a link in a chain like other ground anchor products.

“Not worth the money or the effort to install. Item doesn't come with appropriate equipment to install so it's a trip to Bunnings, and you had better be or know a tradie to get the 6mm drill bit into 90mm of concrete.
Don't waste your money or time. I don't recommend at all.”
