“The lock appears great quality, but I can only go off published tests for whether it will do the job of stopping most attempts to take my moderately expensive bike. I am confident it is plenty good enough for casual lock up in high traffic areas. Cable is good length for going through wheels or using with accompanying kid's bikes (not both).
-2* for not being able to reasonably source a frame mount. I took the sales person's advice at face value that I could. Can only find it from the Hiplock store in UK, with hefty postage cost. Instead I bought an after market nylon+velcro sleeve on Amazon. If you want a bracket and a cable, get the set with the bracket, then source a cable separately.”
