“I had an error code (E010) come up on my EP8 motor. After changing sensors and cables, cleaning connections etc with no luck I spoke with Osbourne Park 99Bikes and they said it might well be the battery as it was about 4 1/2 years old. I bit the bullet and ordered one but when I plugged it in the code was instantly still there. I tried to return the battery in all its original packaging having been plugged in for all of 30seconds but was told now I’ve plugged it into a bike with an error code it would be logged and they can’t take it so I’m left with an $1100 battery that is no use. After buying 5 high end bikes from 99Bikes and referring multiple friends I was very disappointed with the outcome which is a shame as I’d previously had great experiences.”
