“Unfortunately, I was sold the wrong cleats for my pedals. Even though I took the shoes with the cleats I needed replaced in, showed them and discussed the pedals, and was assured they were correct . I only found this out after I clipped into my bike, started riding, and could not unclip. Lucky for 99 bikes I have the skills and was able to take my feet out of the shoes while riding otherwise I would have crashed. Very unhappy customer.”
