“We bought a bike, helmet, kick stand and bottle cage for our daughter. When I went back a couple of days later to pick the bike up, the kick stand and cage had not been installed and when I asked if it could be installed I was told it would cost $20. Surely if spend nearly $700 on a bike and equipment the install could have been complimentary.”
