“A good selection of bikes and accessories. However, the staff (in general) need to be trained in good customer service. Unfortunately, not all, but I have found that most of their front of house staff have the attitude of "I really couldn't be bothered", or they speak to you with fake smile and a hint of arrogance if you're asking questions that they might think have simple answers, but you as the customer don't know and that's why you're asking. I feel sorry for the owners and general managers of this good company, but at the same time it is a bit their fault for not training their staff better.”
