“These are the best lights for being seen from any direction. I used the knog modemaker application to adjust them for better run time and choose my preferred blinky-ness. Even on lower brightness levels they are highly noticable. They are also 100% waterproof, confirmed by several years of winter riding. This is because of the sticky-out usb plug, but this does mean you need the special cable to charge them.”

One of the big problems with many lights is that they are only bright when viewed from the front or back. Anyone who has been nearly sideswiped on a roundabout by a dozy car driver who doesn't see your lights from side on knows what a problem this is. It's dangerous! The Knog Cobber series solves this.
Also, they fit where other lights do not. My only complaint is that the mounting system seems somewhat flimsy and fiddly (lightweight rubber band) and there is only one size rubber band supplied with the lights. This needs improving as it limits where the lights can be mounted. Otherwise, full marks!”

If you want to be seen no one will ever miss you if you have these lights , they would be ideal for city commuters , On my road bike they are just a little bit over the top .
