“This is a basic entry level e-mountain bike. I rode this exact bike while on holidays in NZ and was very happy with it. It rides well and is very easy to use. Its not an extreme off road mountain bike, but it gets me to the top of the trails much easier. Very happy with my purchase.”
“HI, I found the service provided by the staff to be very good. I had to swap bikes because the original bike, the Merida eBig Nine was the wrong size. The measuring tool on your website told me I should get a medium sized bike when It should have been a large. To avoid repeats of this problem I think that you should either fix or remove this tool. I hope that this is helpful. 5 stars for the service provided, minus 1 star for the website tool.”
