9 year old son likes the colour scheme, gears move/change smoothly hand grip on handle bars has come off, went back on easily.
Looked at other bikes and large retailers, who were similar sticker price. Glad we went with this bike.”
“The bike is great, the sales experience wasn't good at all. Bought it online click and collect (collect within 2 hours) from South Melbourne. Once paid, was contacted next day and told the bike wasn't in store and I had to go to another store. Asked for it to be delivered, even if only to South Melbourne store but they wouldn't even do that (I said I needed it within four days for my son's bday, they still wouldn't do it). In-store service is usually great but this was disappointing. Had to drive all the way to Carnegie.”
