“The bike is great, the sales experience wasn't good at all. Bought it online click and collect (collect within 2 hours) from South Melbourne. Once paid, was contacted next day and told the bike wasn't in store and I had to go to another store. Asked for it to be delivered, even if only to South Melbourne store but they wouldn't even do that (I said I needed it within four days for my son's bday, they still wouldn't do it). In-store service is usually great but this was disappointing. Had to drive all the way to Carnegie.”
