“Unhappy with purchase. I believe the chain derailleur was bent out of the box before receiving purchased bike. The bike skips gear and makes a lot of noise in certain gears.
I took the bike back after the first 2 weeks and had the gear cables adjusted although noisy gears (interference in chain path) continued.
Now after 3 weeks of use chain has slipped off. Once I ran the chain back on the bike has continued to make even worst noise in gears it had not made noise In before.
I do believe the chain derailleur was faulty out of the box and would like to have the bike replaced with a complete new one.
Do however find the bike comfortable to ride although am unimpressed with the noisy chain path and believe the derailleur is bent from issues occurred before making the purchase.

“Smooth ride, brakes work well, fairly light and comfy. I have been looking for a decent 2nd hand MTB for a while, then decided to go new and very glad I did. Not much price difference between this and what is available 2nd hand at the moment, so I think this is good value.”
