“I bought this lock recently to replace one I lost due to bike being stolen. Initially I bought a lick online but it was awful & I returned it. The advantage of a shop luke 99 Bikes is they've a range of locks you can see. The lock is easy to use & strong. A nice feature is the sluding cover ovwr the key aperture keeping the locking mechamism free of dirt.”
“Good lock, could be smaller om the plastic and the keys are massive and don’t need to be. Would be better if less plastic so they can fit on key ring.”
“The lock seems to work effectually and is easy to fit although a slightly longer U arm section would allow for more awkward attachment points.
The pack comes with brackets to fit to bike frame and while not as flexible as a chain lock , it does appear to be more robust albeit at this price point it is not " grinder proof".
4 sets of keys is a added bonus.”
“Does what its meant to do. Obviously not as secure as the grinder proof ones that are 10 times the price but for quick trips to the local shop for bread and milk its perfect and way more secure than a cable lock. My only complaint is it needs a better way to mount to the vertical steering column of an escooter.”
