“Customer service at Marion was disgraceful. I had to call and check about readiness because no-one contacted me. Then when I did call, they were rude and had attitude. This wasnt cool. Take your attitude and shove it. Its your job mate, if you dont like customer service, dont be in sales.
I wanted to let this go but actually, we will never purchase a bike from you again because of it. There are so many options, you had brand salience and now you throw it away with your Gen Z stare.

“Bike is great quality and our daughter (7) was stoked with her new purchase. We sized up slightly to give her some extra miles in the bike which was a good choice! Can ride easily but stopping and getting on she is still getting used too as it is bigger than her previous bike but she will have it downpat in no time. Also a HUGE shoutout to the staff at Adamstown (Newcastle) - so friendly, so helpful and 5 stars in customer service which is so rare these days!”
