As it is power assisted pedalling, i still get the exercise but i can have help to get up the hills.
The step thru option makes it a lot easier to hop on and off the bike now that my hips don't work as well as they used to.”
“The customer service was excellent — Austin was very friendly, patient and explained everything in great detail. The bike is fun to ride, and I can even have my child ride behind me. It’s not too heavy to pedal with the electric assist, even when going uphill with my child on the back.
My only concern is that when riding downhill, the bike makes a very loud noise, and the sound becomes even louder when braking.
Overall, it has been a good experience, but I hope the noise issue can be improved.”
