“Im finding the too quick pick up speed so the take off is too quick for safety. I’ve ridden electric bikes for over 15 years and this is first time I’ve experienced this. I’ve now injured myself 3 times. When stopped and electrics on, sl nudge pedal has caused the bike to surge forward. Causing abrasions and bruising to lower legs.
I have to anticipate stopping, turn off electrics before. I don’t turn on electrics until I’ve started riding. I also turn off electrics when near walking people in case I have to stop suddenly and can’t turn off electrics. I think this is a real safety issue.”
