“Still unable to ride my new bikeAssembled the bike following all instructions, went to ride the bike when trying to change gears they would clunk, tried to rectify the problem following tutorial video also contacted support, ended up taking to local bike shop who supposedly fixed the problem, collected bike which cost $55 now the chain keeps coming off when charging gears, back to our local bike shop when the Christmas break is over…. I may get to ride my bike one day bikes should come assembly and tested for the amount paid for shipping, definitely would not recommend purchasing!!!”
