“I had a very disappointing experience with both the bike and the service. I purchased the Pedal Raven 3 Silver Large from 99 Bikes. After deciding the bike, the team in the shop at Maribyrnong found an issue with the bike and asked me to collect it from Southbank after a long wait, but the same issue was still there. After a single ride, the gears don’t shift properly, and in first gear, the chain rubs against the gear plate. I'm very disappointed and considering returning it.”
