“Ordered the seat online and received it with parts missing. Went to the store and it was quickly and easily remedied. All good.
However the straps are way too loose and don't fit our above normal sized 13 month old, as in, they fall off her shoulders when tightened as far as they can go. Not sure if this is every seat or we just got another faulty one. Doesnt exactly seem safe to me.”
