“The bike itself is fantastic. No issues at all. I do have issues with the service from 99 bikes. My bike was sent and lost. I made contact through email and the website multiple times with no reply. When I called the 1800 number, the staff said they would chase it up. I heard nothing and called a few days later. I was eventually sent another bike, but it didnt arrive in time for my sons birthday which is extremely disappointing. I purchased the bike 2 and a half weeks before his birthday just to be safe.”
