“love this stuff, but really only good value in the big (16oz) bottle. I'm a lazy maintainer of bikes: Every 100km or so, I run the chain through a rag, ditto the jockey wheels and both crank gears . Then I slap on the R & R Gold onto the chain and wipe a bit off. This process has seen me get up to 9000 km from chain and cassette before stretch is over .75. Yeah, I know I should rotate chains and religously clean eveything, but I cant be bothered, so this process works for me, and its laregely because this lubricant is so effective”
