“I have purchased 2 bikes from 99 bike store now, to be honest I will not purchase anymore products from this company. The lube arrived with the same lack of care as I have experience with the bikes purchased. From items on the bike failing within days of purchase to a lack of call backs when I have enquired about having repairs done the bikes. One of tubes of lube was busted and open. Personally I think it's best customers find a more reliable and honest firm to purchase from rather than 99 bikes.”
