Absolutely amazing I have to say! Exactly what I wanted … a one-piece unit, 12-hour battery, great sound quality (in a quiet room, the sound quality is actually incredible!), keeps me in touch with my surroundings when I’m exercising and they def can’t fall off! I can hear the ocean, birds, conversation and underpin this with music. Yes, the music can be drowned out when riding fast or when there is extraneous sounds (e.g. a car or motorcycle), but that’s actually what you need to be safe and anticipate danger.
No vibration from the Shokz, which has been a reported downside with earlier models. Decent volume too and good call quality. USB-C charging is quick and convenient! I use them for all types of music and podcasts too.
Yes, one day I’ll buy a pair of 24/32-bit hi-def wireless earbuds, but right now Apple doesn’t allow such tech through its iPhones and Bluetooth can’t handle it anyway, but even with such a setup, the Shokz are exactly what I need and want for so many situations!
