First one was faulty out of the box - made unbearable clicking noise on right side and wouldn’t pair to app without playing music on Spotify first for some reason. Took it back 24 hours after purchase - new one has no issues. 99 bikes easy to deal with and no issue with exchange. Very happy with working product and customer service.

Upgraded to Pro2 from existing OpenRun mini. Fast charge; Long battery life. Uses same charging plug as my phone, but at weird angle. Still good though

Great product- sounds are a cb lot better than the older model- and it’s not vibrating on your ears when loud like older models. Also better in loud environments. Charging port ( easier with USB C) on a weird angle- that’s all.

Am very pleased with my recent purchase of the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Wireless Headphones. I was initially surprised at their performance whenmusic is being played through them. And the fidelity when making phone calls is very good. I have of late used these with my PC calls through MS Teams and they have performed very well. I primarily purchased these Headphones to use while riding my bicycle as they allow me to listed to music through iHeart radio and also allow me to answer my phone whenever an incoming call is received while I am riding. I rank these headphones in terms of overall effectiveness together with a GPS unit for my motor vehcile and also a Kindle eBook Reader.

fantastic! easy to use, love that i have full hearing of the surrounding noise when running on the road. I'd avoided headphones while running previously for safety reasons but now i feel confident.

I have updated the firmware. I'm told I sound muffled when on a phone call. They won't automatically connect to my Bluetooth devices. I have checked every thing but they have to be manually connected each time. I would not reccomend this product. I have another Shokz OpenRun Pro headphones and it is perfect.
