Segway dragged their feet on getting any warranty process underway - to the point that they offered a second hand scooter for the faulty new one.
Ended up refunding the purchase, as it was a waste of time dealing with Segway.
The team in the Mitchell store were fantastic and really helpful throughout the whole process (especially dealing with my frustration) and I am definitely heading back to them when I need a new bike.”

“Had it for just over a month, couldn't be happier. Plenty of power to get up hills, only downside is that the range is much lower than advertised especially if you live in hilly areas but it charges very quickly so at least you can top up quickly. If you want the extra range you can replace the internal battery with a GT3 one or buy the external battery attachment.
Suspention is good and takes out bumps but riding on rough surfaces like loose gravel you can still feel some vibration which can be uncomfortable for long periods unless you bend your knees.
Having dual brakes are very good and makes it a lot safer going down steep hills or riding in traffic as you can break quickly. It will make noise if it gets wet or debries in it but that is normal for any disk brakes and will go away (the scooter is rated to handle rain).
Overall it is a solid scooter that is perfect for commuting and ok for light offroading would reccomend.”
