“Good bike, just not impressed with the standard choice of tyres for this frame size.
We bought our daughter the Silverback Skid 16" bike that came standard with chunky 16 x 2.125" tyres.
I decided a more appropriate fit would be the Freedom 16 x 1.75 slick tyres. They look great, are lighter and have significantly less rolling resistance, all of which helps with manoeuvring a new larger/heaver bike.
Perhaps 99bikes would consider the slicks as the standard option to this build?”
