“The bike is fine; my advice is go AVOID the Ryde store. I put a deposit on the bike before Christmas for a kid's present and a week later I went to pick it up and they LOST it (which upset my kid as she was wanting a bike for most of the year). I thought I'd give them another chance so went in in January to buy this bike and staff just ran around and ignored us (most where in the back repair area chatting away). Fed up, we drove all the way from Ryde to the Stanmore shop one morning and staff there were professional and helpful - so much so we ended up buying two bikes”
