“First, make sure you install the rack on the non-stand side, otherwise the bike topples easy because of adding weight to the lean when you have a board in the rack - 99Bikes installed mine the wrong way so I had to uninstall and reinstall the rack on the other side. The ties are also way too tight - when the board is in place, they actually pull the really thin metal receptacle that they latch into out of the frame. You then have to scratch around trying to get the receptacle back into its placement, meanwhile scratching the paint off the frame and creating a place for future rust. The frame also sits way too wide of the bike. All in all, not very well thought out and I wouldn’t buy one again.”
