“The insert was very hard to get in the tyre, also the tube pinched and getting the tyre bead and insert open to remove tube presented a new set of problems as recommended tyre levers could not fit securely to get the bead up. Use of a third item ( metal spoon ) alongside a second set of hands it was able to remove bead and extricate tube. Decision was made not to use it as it was too much hassle. So is now an ornament in shed. Recommendations, get people at shop to do it, so as not to incur buying a an extra tube due to pinching.”
